This year, we’re honoring National Suicide Prevention Week (Sept. 5 to Sept. 11) Below are some ways you can participate:
#1. Educate yourself about the signs of emotional distress, and be prepared when you notice them.
#2. Get creative and give someone a reason that there’s still hope.
#3. Text a friend who’s going through a tough time.
#4. Do your part to reduce the stigma surrounding Mental Health.
