In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, we will be conducting a special project in order to shed some light on mental health- each week is a different theme. Our goal is to see how many lives we can touch just by simple interacting and thinking.

This week our theme is HOPE. However you’re feeling this hour, this minute, this week, we want you to think of that word and revisit it whenever you lose hope. HOPE is a powerful tool, but it’s hard to find when your clouded by negative thoughts and emotions.

Defining HOPE and what HOPE means to us.

“Happiness can be found in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” -Dumbledore. Did you know that JK Rowling has been advocating about mental health and centers her books around ideas of courage, strength, and hope?

I found HOPE by seeing how many people interacted with this week’s theme. Whether it be a simple like or share on social media or by seeing the stories people have submitted. It gives me HOPE that we’ll be able to break the stigma on mental health and hopefully save a life. -Vincent, President & Founder

With the week ending, let’s reflect on HOPE.
